Doyne Farmer

Doyne Farmer is a complex systems scientist interested in chaos theory, complexity, and econophysics. His research focuses on economics, including agent-based modeling, financial instability, and technological progress.

He is currently the Director of the Institute of New Economic Thinking’s Complexity Economics program and Baillie Gifford Professor of Mathematics at the University of Oxford.
