Drive business priorities by identifying and solving the stated and latent business requirements for the client by leveraging the offshore teams to solve client business problems by translating them into an analytics problem solving framework; identify the right data elements that help in arriving at the solution; augment the offshore team by providing business context; ensure service delivered is consumed and tangible business impact is created; deliver great client experience in a sustainable manner to our clients in the area of Decision Sciences; develop and nurture long term client relationships to achieve goals for the client’s business and for Mu Sigma; present results to senior management through insightful recommendations; assist in co-value creation by delivering quantified value to the client’s business by implementing solutions to business problems identified; create the need for decision sciences and analytics by engaging with senior business stakeholders on business priorities; build positive relationship with clients by understanding their business and institutionalizing analytics within their business environment; and build and lead teams to engage with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging decision sciences and analytics.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Pharma, Economics, Operations Research or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation, or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Pharma, Economics, Operations Research or related field; and three years of work experience in job offered or three years of work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include one year of experience with each of the following: global delivery experience working with off-shore and on-shore teams; experience demonstrating analytical skills by managing client engagements using problem solving techniques; experience defining problems in analytical space; advanced excel including advanced formulas, tables and formatting, conditional formatting, advanced charting, pivot tables and pivot reporting, simulation and solver, and integrating with other tools and optimization; VBA/Macros, SQL, SAS/R; extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources using analytical tools; strategic management experience involving formulation and implementation of major goals and initiatives in consultation with top management; experience managing client relationships and internal teams to align with the agreed strategic decisions; and experience managing accounts with an annual revenue of $1 million or more. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
