Job Description

The desired candidate will provide technical guidance for a team of software developers and assume a lead role.  The candidate must be able to understand raw business requests and convert them into Business/Technical requirement understandable by software designers/developers.  He/She should be well conversant with software development and testing methodologies and must be a rapid solution provider.
