What is the Mu Sigma environment like?
Mu Sigma is a fast paced environment where every employee is given responsibilities which are 1-2 levels above their capabilities.
Tell us what led you to Mu Sigma and how has your career progressed so far?
I came to Mu Sigma looking for growth, responsibilities and the ability to create impact. I started off as an Associate Manager in a 2 person team. The performance based culture quickly added responsibilities. In less than 2 years I have had two promotions and am currently own $6 Million of business and manage a 60 people team.
What has been the biggest surprise in working at Mu Sigma?
My biggest surprise was the open and direct culture at Mu Sigma. I do not hesitate to directly approach the SVP or the CEO of the company to tell them that I disagree with them. The culture that encourages direct communication and conflict was a big surprise.
What do you like to do outside Mu Sigma?
Outside Mu Sigma, I like playing sports and a bit of guitar. I love watching movies and F1. My wife forces me to travel on weekend trips & I force my wife to listen to Hard Rock.
