- Dhiraj has built Mu Sigma from ground up during which time he executed on activities that included raising seed and growth capital for the venture, securing key Fortune 100 customers, incubating a delivery unit and hiring key leadership members into the company.
- Before Mu Sigma, he advised senior executives across a variety of verticals as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
- Dhiraj holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also received an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

- Prior to Mu Sigma, Keith was Vice President and General Manager for the Insurance Analytics business unit of LexisNexis/Reed Elsevier (formerly ChoicePoint), the nation’s leading provider of distributed data, authentication services, and underwriting decision technology to the insurance and risk information industries.
- Keith’s education includes a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Mathematics from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio.

 - Sayandeb has over 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, quantitative modeling using advanced data mining techniques and data management.
- Sayandeb was one of founding members of the GECIS analytics unit which he helped grow from 10 to 750 people.
- He has significant domain expertise in Consumer Finance and Insurance business verticals.
- Sayandeb has an MS in Quantitative Economics from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Calcutta & New Delhi; where he ranked first and was the recipient of the ISI Alumni Association gold medal.

- Raja has more than two decades of research, teaching, executive education and consulting experience in Operations Research, Risk Management and Insurance. He is the recipient of two national awards for innovation in management teaching and one as the 'Teacher of the Year'.
- He is currently pursuing studies to become a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of India.
- Raja holds a PhD in Quantitative Methods from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad); Advanced Studies in International Economic Policy Research from the Institute of World Economics, Kiel, Germany; and an MBA from BITS, Pilani.

- Manu has over 15 years experience across services and manufacturing. Before Mu Sigma, he managed Business Transitions, Site Deployment, Strategic Initiatives and Financial Services Business Operations for over 4.5 years in Dell.
- Prior to Dell he has been involved in two services start-ups in the HR Outsourcing arena. He has also been involved in managing manufacturing operations prior to his stint with services.
- Manu holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Economics from Boston University.
