- Dhiraj is responsible for the organization’s vision and strategic direction, building teams, aligning organizational resources to a customer centric vision and delivering profitable growth.
- Dhiraj has built Mu Sigma from ground up during which time he executed on activities that included raising seed and growth capital for the venture, securing key Fortune 100 customers, incubating a delivery unit and hiring key leadership members into the company.
- Before Mu Sigma, he advised senior executives across a variety of verticals as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
- Dhiraj holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. He also received an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

- Bill is presently President of Sanoch Management. He serves as a Senior Advisor for JPMorgan Chase & Co.
- Prior to Sanoch, he was Chairman of JP Morgan Chase Card Services and before that, he was CEO of Bankone Cards. In an earlier stint, he was Co-CEO of the Global Consumer Business at Citigroup, a 125,000 person business unit providing consumers with retail banking, credit card, insurance and investment services in 60 countries.
- Before his tenure at Citigroup, Bill was Chairman of the Board and President of Philip Morris USA where he spent 28 years in progressively more responsible positions in marketing, sales and general management that included senior posts in Canada and Asia.

- Ashish is currently a venture capitalist at the Woodside fund.
- He was the Founder, Vice President of Engineering, and Director of Junglee Corporation, which was acquired by Amazon.com. He was also the initial investor in Daksh, which was acquired by IBM.
- He is a holder of seven patents and has written and presented numerous papers at international conferences, including a book published by MIT Press.
- Ashish is a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford University and a B. Tech. in computer science from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur, where he was awarded the President's Gold Medal.

| Brad Bernstein |

- Brad is currently part of FTVentures and as a partner he leads the firm's business services team.
- He has 17 years of private equity experience. Prior to FTVentures, Brad was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Management and its predecessors where he managed the business and financial services group.
- He began his private equity career with Patricof & Company Ventures and started his professional career in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in New York.
- Brad received a BA magna cum laude from Tufts University.
