 Role & Responsibilities:     

• Building working relationship with clients by understanding client business and enabling analytics to drive business
• Manage client expectations and define analytics scope and methodology and consumption plan
• Present analytical results to senior management and drive business with insightful recommendations
• Enhance the offshore team by providing relevant context and guidance on methodology and output
• Ensure service delivered is consumed and create tangible business impact
• Lead a team of analysts, managing tasks and providing guidance on methodology and tools

 Required Skills:     

• Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
• Ability to develop deep relationships with clients and offshore teams built on trust and credibility
• Ability to prioritize ones time and the plan for the entire team effectively
• Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines and be able to multi task
• Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems at a high level while at the same time pay attention to detail in the solution
• Ability to understand and communicate quantitative solutions to business problems
• Project management experience is a plus
• Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources using analytical tools
• Proficiency in data analysis using statistical and mathematical tools and techniques

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters in Engineering/MBA / Statistics / Economics with 3+ years experience
