Geography Head

Mukund has nearly two decades of experience in working with Fortune 500 customers to improve their supply chain and manufacturing operations across CPG, Process, Automotive and Industrial Products sectors. Mukund has led a variety of consulting engagements at Price Waterhouse Coopers and at i2 including strategic assessments, process consulting, package selections, enterprise-wide SAP rollouts and i2 deployments.

Head of Sales

Shailendra (aka Shelly) is responsible for overall sales and commercial effectiveness in the organization. With over 20 year of experience in the service industry, Shelly is well-versed in client engagement, building teams, aligning sales resources to a customer-centric vision and managing P&L. In his previous role with IBM, he was Partner and Sales Leader for Global Process Services business for North America, managing large scale of client and P&L.

Shelly is a graduate in commerce, ICWAI-F and attended the executive program at Harvard. He is based out of Chicago, USA.

Head of Delivery

Tapan is responsible for overall client delivery out of the Bangalore center. With over 17 years of experience in the services industry, Tapan is well-versed in delivering services that leverage Global Delivery model to Fortune 500 companies.

In his previous role with GlobalLogic Inc, he managed the Enterprise Business Unit with P&L responsibility, delivering substantial business to the company. Tapan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from IIM, Kolkata and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.

Geography Head

Mukund has over 11 years of Engineering and consulting experience with Motorola and a leading Sales and Marketing Strategy firm in the US. He has helped several Fortune 500 companies in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare space address a broad range of business issues. He also has extensive experience in product planning, development and management in the telecom sector.

Mukund has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

Geography Head

Puneet has over 13 years of experience in Consulting, client-partner and project management roles for various Technology, Retail and Manufacturing organizations. Before joining Mu-Sigma, he led the Supply Chain Solutions team at Nordstrom Inc.

Puneet has worked globally leading large teams in developing and implementing large cap projects. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences from State College of Engineering, Haryana and an MBA from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Delivery Unit Head

Sayandeb has over 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, and quantitative modeling using advanced data mining techniques and data management. He was one of founding members of the GECIS analytics unit which he helped grow from 10 to 750 people. He also has significant domain expertise in Consumer Finance and Insurance business verticals.

Sayandeb has an MS in Quantitative Economics from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Calcutta & New Delhi; where he ranked first and was the recipient of the ISI Alumni Association gold medal.

Head of Talent Management

Ambiga's key strengths lie in the areas of customer engagement, developing and nurturing talent.

Ambiga has over 13 years of experience in new product development and services. Prior to Mu Sigma, she has worked for Motorola's research organization, helping conduct user centered research activities and new product development.

Ambiga holds an M.S in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.

Head of Operations

Manu has over 15 years experience across services and manufacturing. Before Mu Sigma, he managed Business Transitions, Site Deployment, Strategic Initiatives and Financial Services Business Operations for over 4.5 years in Dell. Prior to Dell he has been involved in two services start-ups in the HR Outsourcing arena. He has also been involved in managing manufacturing operations prior to his stint with services.

Manu holds an MBA with Honors from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business and a Masters in Economics from Boston University.
