- Dipak C. Jain's areas of research include the marketing of high-tech products; market segmentation and competitive market structure analysis; cross-cultural issues in global product diffusion and forecasting models. He has had more than 50 articles published in leading academic journals.
- In 2003, he was appointed as a foreign affairs adviser for the Prime Minister of Thailand. He has served as a consultant to Microsoft, Novartis, American Express, Sony, Nissan, Motorola, Eli Lilly, Philips and Hyatt International. He also serves as a member of the board of directors of Hartmarx Corporation, Deere & Company, Northern Trust Corporation, and Peoples Energy. He is also a former director at United Airlines.

- Prior to Sanoch, he was Chairman of JP Morgan Chase Card Services and before that, he was CEO of Bankone Cards. In an earlier stint, he was Co-CEO of the Global Consumer Business at Citigroup, a 125,000 person business unit providing consumers with retail banking, credit card, insurance and investment services in 60 countries.
- Before his tenure at Citigroup, William Campbell was Chairman of the Board and President of Philip Morris USA where he spent 28 years in progressively more responsible positions in marketing, sales and general management that included senior posts in Canada and Asia.
